  11. I.    Just a quick note from the author, to say the following. 1) I am not at
  12. all responsible for any typing errors, or grammatical errors, even though I
  13. wrote the bloody thing.   So there.
  14. 2) It is necessary to understand that this is a PARODY, and the names have

  17. This story is a parody on the TNG episode   The Best of Both World, and the
  18. Movie, Star Trek 2: The Wraith of Khan.

  20. Now, a quick reminder of what happened last time. Last time on Going
  21. Boldly:Best of Two Bits:-
  22.  
  23. Easy-pies had intercepted a Baud ship, and beamed an away team over. After a
  24. few lines they returned and two Baud beamed over and kidnaped the captain.
  25. Finally, the captain appeared on the screen, claiming that he was now a Baud
  26. called Low-Cuts, and that he had a plan to destroy Earth.
  27.  
  28. And now the conclusion.

  31. [Scene cuts to Main bridge of the S.C.S.C.S.S. Easy-Pies. Commander Wilfred
  32. Biker, Counselor Diana Trout, Mr. Wok, Woof, Weasel, Atad, Unprenouncable, Dr.
  33. Bones Cruncher, Sooty, Checkup, Geordie Git and a few blokes with no-names are
  34. standing around. On the screen is Captain Timothy Pilchard, who now wants to be
  35. called Low-Cuts.]

  37.       Gunian:[Via comm panel.] Anyone want any tea?
  38.  
  39.       Low-Cuts: Tea is irrelevant. Resistance is an electronic term. Human
  40.       life is stupid....
  41.  
  42.       Biker: Won't he ever shut up?

  44.       Wok: Fascinating.
  45.  
  46.       Woof:[Getting a little angry] Would you please stop saying that.

  48.       Unprenouncable: Commander, Stub-space message coming is from Star
  49.       Control. Admiral Hand-job on channel 27.

  51.       Biker: On screen.
  52. [The image of Low-Cuts disappears, and Admiral Hand-job's face appears.]

  54.       Admiral: Biker. We know of your situation. We are sending in our best
  55.       Baud Tactical analysis specialist. She should be with you at any ti...
  56. [Through the Xpress lift, comes a woman with beautiful blonde hair, and a
  57. perfect walk. All the men on the bridge (Except for Atad, Biker, Wok and
  58. Weasel.)pull at their collars to let off some steam.]

  60.       Admiral: Ahhhhhh. Here we are. Commander, this is Lt. Commander
  61.       Shrell-Petrol.

  63.       Shrell-Petrol: [To Biker, in a soft sort of way.] You can call me
  64.       Shrell for short.

  66.       Biker: Thank you Shrell.

  68.       Atad: You are Starkinski 'Starksy me call can you' Captain to related

  71.       Shrell: He's my uncle.

  77.       Weasel: [Standing up.] Hello, my name is Weasel. You can call me any

  81. [Shrell Hits Weasel over the head cause no body likes him. Vast applause from
  82. all on bridge.]

  84.       Woof: [Showing a slight grin] Encore encore.
  85. [Admiral hand-job's face is suddenly replaced by Low-Cuts again.]

  87.       Low-Cuts: Do you mind. Here I am running through what is relevant and
  88.       not relevant, and you have the cheek to turn me off. Right. Where was
  89.       I? Ah yes. Coffee is relevant, as long as it is De-caff. Sausage
  90.       Sandwiches are DEFIANTLY relevant. Glasses are relevant. Punk hair

  95.       Shrell: My be if we separated the saucer section, that would confuse
  96.       them.

  108.       Gunian: [Via comm panel] I could send you one up.

  110.       Biker: Great. Lets see, large deep pan with Prawns,
  111.       anchovies, tuna, caviar, quail eggs,...

  113.       Wok: I suggest that we assemble an away-team party.

  115.       Biker: ...chicken, Hey. That sounds a great idea.

  117.       Shrell: You can't be going through with this sir.

  119.       Biker: Yes. Mr. Woof, Mr. Wok, Checkup. Make it so.

  124. [Woof, Wok and Checkup leave via Xpress lift. Gunian enters, holding a large
  125. pizza for Wilf. Wilf sits in Captain's chair eating his Pizza.]

  130.       Biker: Mmmm mmmm MmmmmM mmmMmmmMMmmmMM.

  133. [Scene cuts to lovely logo of GOING BOLDLY, accompanied by a bit of plinky
  134. plunky music just to really spoil the atmosphere. Biker jumps through logo,
  135. still holding a slice of Pizza in his hand.]

  148. [Scene cuts to a young boy, with a lager can in his hand. Boy is desperately
  149. trying to undo the ring pull.]

  162.       bridge. I'm sorry, but we're all busy at the moment, either
  163.       fighting a race of hostile aliens or discussing some treaty
  164.       with a nice and friendly race of aliens, or something like

  208. [On the main Viewer, Low-Cuts appears again.]

  213.       Weasel: Can't we shut him up?
  214. [Biker throws a piece of Pizza at Weasel, (which contains a razor blade) and it
  215. cut's Weasel's head off.]

  219.       Shrell: Medics to the bridge. Immediately.

  221.       Biker: [Still munching Pizza] Be lay that order. Take your

  224.       Low-Cuts: A futile maneuver Commander.

  228.       Low-Cuts: It's my next real line, and I am rehearsing.

  236. [Woof and Wok walk back on to the bridge, wearing party hats, and blowing those
  237. irritating little pharppy things that you always get.]

  239.       Woof: [Blowing his little pharppy thing.]

  242.       Shrell: [Quietly to the bridge, so that Low-Cuts can't
  243.       hear.] Maybe if we keep him talking, his brain will seize.

  245.       Biker: [STILL munching his blah blah] Nice idea.
  246. [Weasel has by this time found his head, but has put it on the wrong way, cause
  247. he's stupid.]
  248.  
  249.       Weasel: If we could perhaps separate the saucer section.
  250.  
  251.       Shrell: [To Weasel]Shut up you turd, that's my idea.

  253.       Wok: [Who has been deep in thought.] The small twat has a
  254.       point.

  256.       Shrell: But it's my bloody plan.

  258.       Biker: [Who is STILL blah blah] What's your point?

  261.       decoy.

  264. [Shrell walks over to Weasel.]

  266.       Shrell: [In her best seductive voice] Would you be a
  267.       darling and go and get me a lovely cup of coffee from 5
  268.       backward, pretty please.

  270.       Gunian: I will [Starts towards the Xpress lift]
  271.  
  272.       Shrell: [Snapping] WAIT. [Changes to seductive voice]
  273.       Weaselly Peassely will go for Shrelly welly wont he?
  274. [Weasel jumps up and runs full speed to the Xpress lift.]

  276.       Biker: [Finally finishing his Pizza] What exactly are you
  277.       doing Commander?

  279.       Shrell: I believe that for Mr. Wok's plan to work, we need
  280.       that irritating little bugger out of the way.

  282.       Wok: Fascinating.
  283.  
  284.       Woof: Right. That does it
  285. [Woof jumps up from his seat (What seat?), over Unprenouncable, onto Biker's
  286. old chair, springs on the chair, lands in front of the main viewer (With
  287. Low-Cuts still on it), does a backward somersault off the main viewer, and
  288. lands perfectly about 3 foot away from Wok. Biker, Shrell, and Atad hold up
  289. cards with 9, 9.1 and 9.4 on them. Woof takes a bow, and Wok uses his ancient
  290. neck hit to stun Woof. (The hit is, for those interested is where Mr. Wok
  291. brings a frying pan over the top of his head, and hits his opponent on the back
  292. of the neck with it.)]

  294.       Woof: Oooohhhhhhhh.[Collapses on the floor.]
  295.  
  296.       Shrell: Please continue Mr. Wok
  297.  
  298.       Wok: But you started saying what my plan was, thereby...
  299.  
  300.       Shrell: Alright. If we put that irritating little turd
  301.       alone on the saucer section, and launch it, the Baud will
  302.       probably destroy it. Therefore, it creates a diversion for
  303.       us to launch out own attack, and also kills that twat once
  304.       and for all.
  305.  
  306.       Everyone on the bridge (except for Woof): Yeah!!!!
  307. [Exterior shot of the ship as all the crew run down to the
  308.       battle bridge.]
  309. [Scene: Battle bridge.]
  310.  
  311.       Biker: [To comm panel] Weasel Pusher report.
  312.  
  313.       Weasel: [Via comm panel] Here sir.
  314.  
  315.       Biker: Weasel. You are to proceed directly to the Main
  316.       bridge. Do not pass go. Do not collect #200.
  317.  
  318.       Weasel: [Via comm panel] Yes sir.

  320.       Shrell: Do you really think that this will work?

  322.       Biker: Well, we have vacated the entire ship into the
  323.       battle section, and the saucer section is completely empty
  324.       except for Weasel.
  325. [A comm panel blips.]

  327.       Comm panel: Blip.

  329.       Biker: Yes?
  330.  
  331.       Weasel: [Via comm panel] I'm at the main bridge sir, but
  332.       it's empty.
  333.  
  334.       Biker: That's right. You are going on a special mission.
  335.       Separate from us and proceed directly towards the Baud
  336.       ship. Stay as close as possible to the ship.

  338.       Weasel: On my way.
  339. [Exterior shot of wonderful saucer separation (Which is quite good really,
  340. considering the fact that the entire Easy-Pies is composed of the saucer. But
  341. still, it's only a story you know.) Wonderful music as well in case i forgot to
  342. mention (Which I probably did)]
  343.  [On the view screen on the battle bridge we see the saucer section float
  344.  towards the Baud ship. The Baud start to shot at it.]
  345.  
  346.       Biker: Now transporter room. Lock on to the captain and
  347.       beam him aboard.
  348. [Short pause for dramatic effect.]
  349.  
  350.       Transporter chief: [Via comm panel] The captain has been
  351.       transported directly to the brig.
  352.  
  353.       Biker: Well done.
  354. [On the viewscreen, we suddenly see the saucer section ripped apart and Weasel
  355. fly out in the vacuum of space. A tractor beam locks on to him, and the Baud
  356. take him aboard. Vast cheers from the crew.]
  357.  [Scene cuts down to Brig. Biker, Woof, Wok, Shrell, and just about everyone
  358.  is here.]

  360.       Low-Cuts: A futile maneuver commander.
  361.  
  362.       Biker: Thank you. Can we have our captain back now?

  364.       Low-Cuts: He's not in at the moment. He's busy. If you
  365.       leave your name and number after the beep he will get back
  366.       to you when ever.

  368.       Biker: Stop fooling around. We want our captain back.

  372.       Biker: [To Atad and anyone else whose around] I want you

  376. [A comm panel goes bing.]

  386. [Shrell and Biker leave for the bridge. (Sorry, battle bridge).] [Scene cuts to
  387. battle bridge]

  404. [Meanwhile, back in the brig. Atad is inside the cell with Low-Cuts, and is
  405. attempting to link up with him.]

  409.       Atad: Baud a not, sir android an am I.

  411.       Low-Cuts: Androids are irrelevant.
  412. [Back to the battle bridge now.]

  414.       Woof: Sir, I have an object moving very fast.

  416.       Biker: Then go to sickbay.

  418.       Woof: No, I mean there is an object on the scanners coming
  419.       for us at a very high velocity.

  421.       Biker: On screen.
  422. [On the main viewer, we see Weasel, now stripped of his Baud costume being
  423. hurled through space towards the Easy-Pies. He falls into an air intake duct
  424. and lands back in his seat on the battle bridge. There is a note tied around
  425. his neck.]

  427.       Woof: [Reading note] Here, have the irritating little
  428.       bastard back.

  430.       Weasel: They didn't like me.

  432.       Shrell: Don't blame them.

  434.       Wok: This is rather fascinating. What have we learned from
  435.       this encounter?

  437.       Shrell: That the Baud are more intelligent than we thought?

  463. [Suddenly the Baud open fire on the ship.]

  470. [A voice is heard off-screen]

  472.       Voice heard off-screen: Cry Havoc. And let slip the dogs of

  477.       Wok: Oh no.

  479.       Shrell: What's up?

  481.       Wok: It's Change of the Klanger empire. He is in a clocked
  482.       vessel and is firing upon us just as in one of my earlier
  483.       adventures.

  485.       Biker: Woof, open a comm channel.

  487.       Woof: Open.
  488.  
  489.       Biker: Look Change, we are having enough problems here with
  490.       this Baud ship, and the fact that our captain is still one
  491.       of them, and that Weasel is back. Now if you could come
  492.       back another day, we shall destroy you then.

  494.       Change: I have so wanted to meet you Commander Biker.
  495.  
  496.       Biker: I don't know how to take that?
  497.  
  498.       A Klanger voice off-screen: Sincere admiration.

  500.       Change: One Queer guy to another.

  502.       Woof: Change. There is no honor in this act. Now get lost
  503.       before I have to kill you.

  505.       Change: Ah but what is this I hear before me? A Klanger?
  506.       And on a Control ship too.

  536.       under the influence of the Baud, and still believes that he
  537.       is called Low-Cuts.

  540.       one diary entry yet at all.
  541. [Biker hits Weasel.]
  542.  [Scene cuts to Brig again.]

  565. [Scene cuts back to bridge. Weasel is sitting at his post, crying.]

  570.       Cruncher: [Off screen] What do you want?

  572.       Weasel: Commander Biker just hit me. Boo hoo hoo.

  576. [Weasel carries on crying. Comm panel near Biker clicks.]

  584. [Biker hits an un-named bloke who is keeping Atad's seat warm. Un-named bloke
  585. starts to cry.]

  590. [Scene cuts to unfamiliar scene. It's inside the Baud ship. Two Bauds are
  591. standing here.]

  595.       Baud 2: Yes. We have disabled their twerp drive.

  597.       Baud 1: Why did us say we?

  624.       of the Baud ship. He goes into a shed, and comes out on a
  625.       tractor. The tractor locks on to the Easy-pies.]

  627.       Woof: They have us in a tractor beam.

  629.       Biker: Emergency maneuvers.
  630.  
  631.       Shrell: What emergency maneuvers can you do when stuck in a
  632.       tractor beam?

  634.       Biker: How am I supposed to know? I'm only the first
  635.       officer.

  637.       Weasel: Boo hoo, if only (sniff) the captain was here.
  638.       [On the main screen, we see Baud 1.]

  640.       Baud 1: You there. Surrender your weapons, and prepare to
  641.       be boarded.

  643.       Biker: Why?

  645.       Baud 1: Because we have (yawn) to get (Yawn, yawn) to bed.

  647.       [The baud vanishes. Main screen shows the Baud ship. All
  648.       the lights are suddenly switched off.]

  650.       Biker: Look's nicer with no lights on, don't you think?

  652.       Shrell: I wonder what happened there. [Taps comm panel]
  653.       Atad. Are you there?

  655.       Trout: [Via comm panel] Hello. This is Diana. Atad found a
  656.       way to tell the Baud to go to sleep.

  658.       Woof: Commander! I am reading a large power build up on the
  659.       Baud ship. They are going to blow.

  661.       Biker: Full speed out of here.

  663.       Checkup: Twerp system off line.

  665.       Biker: What!?!

  667.       [Main doors open, and Pilchard walks in, still wearing Baud
  668.       costume.]

  670.       Biker: Low-Cuts. What are you doing here?

  672.       Pilchard: What are you drivilling on about number 6?

  674.       Biker: Captain. It really is you.

  676.       Woof: Er, look. I know this is a happy time, but we are not
  677.       going to be able to get out of range of that blast on
  678.       Impulsed engines.

  680.       Pilchard: [Turning to Biker] What have you done with my
  681.       ship?

  683.       Biker: Well, nothing really... Er I mean.....Well,.....
  684.       [Wok looks around, then walks towards the Xpress lift.]

  686.       Weasel: It may have been the Baud.

  688.       Pilchard: [Taps comm panel] Engineering. Sooty. I want
  689.       Twerp speed in 3 minutes.
  690.       [Pilchard puts his ear VERY close to the comm panel.]

  692.       Sooty:

  694.       Pilchard: Oh, right.
  695.  
  696.       [Scene cuts to Engineering. Cruncher is here, as is Sooty
  697.       (in his box) and Geordie Git. Wok appears on the lift.
  698.       Geordie is lying on the ground, and Cruncher is helping
  699.       him. Wok walks towards the radiation chamber. Cruncher runs
  700.       over to him]
  701.  
  702.       Cruncher: Are you crazy? Don't go in there. The radiation
  703.       can kill a man.
  704.  
  705.       Wok: As I am sure you have noticed, I am not a man.
  706.  
  707.       Cruncher: I meant that it would kill any living thing.
  708.  
  709.       Wok: Oh,....Ar.....Well, in that case, what is Mr. Git's
  710.       condition?

  712.       Cruncher: He's sustained a...
  713.       [Wok hits Cruncher with a saucepan, then proceeds inside
  714.       the radiation chamber. Geordie gets up, and crawls towards
  715.       the chamber.]

  717.       Geordie: Why aye mon. I wouldna' go in thur If I were yu.
  718.       [Scene cuts to Bridge. Pilchard is back in his seat, Weasel
  719.       is still crying.]

  721.       Woof: 1 minute till we all die a very nasty death indeed.

  723.       Biker: Did you have to use the D word?

  725.       Atad: Commander to referring you were which to so,

  729.       Woof: 30 seconds.

  731.       Pilchard: That 30 seconds went rather fast.

  733.       Trout: It keeps with all suspense serials, were there is
  734.       only a minute left, the first 30 seconds lasts for 10
  735.       seconds, whilst the remaining 30 seconds lasts for around 3
  736.       minutes.

  738.       Biker: Right. We have 3 minutes to repair the Twerp drive.

  740.       Pilchard: That may not be possible. I believe that it would
  741.       take at least 10 hours to get it working.

  743.       Biker: Then we really are dead!
  744.       [Scene cuts back to Engineering. Wok is struggling with
  745.       some suitcases in the radiation chamber. Geordie, Sooty and
  746.       Cruncher are all banging on the glass.]

  748.       Wok: Bog off.
  749.       [A bright bit of light suddenly flashes up, and Wok puts a
  750.       suitcase over it. Light vanishes. Cut to bridge.]

  752.       Woof: 20 seconds, 19, 18, 17,

  754.       Weasel: Captain!
  755.  
  756.       Pilchard: Shut up!
  757.  
  758.       Woof: 16 seconds remaining, 15, 14, 13, 12,...

  760.       Weasel: CAPTAIN!

  762.       Pilchard: Shut up you twerp.

  764.       Woof: [Sounding a little distressed] 11 seconds till we get
  765.       all our atoms spread across the galaxy!

  799.       [By this time, the bloke has walked up to a stupid looking
  800.       woman sitting at a desk.

  802.       Stupid looking woman: That's right. Free on channel U.

  804.       Bloke: We guarantee you can't do better.

  806.       [Scene cuts to exterior shot of Easy-Pies (Minus the saucer
  807.       part), and it flies into twerp just as the baud ship blows
  808.       up. Cut to bridge. Pilchard's Baud outfit suddenly
  809.       disappears.]

  811.       Pilchard: That was exciting.
  812.  
  813.       Cruncher: [Via comm panel] Tim, I think you better come
  814.       down here.
  815.       [Pilchard looks around, Camera zooms in on Wok's empty
  816.       chair, then to Woof. Pilchard leaves the bridge. Cut to
  817.       Engineering. Wok is lying inside the radiation chamber,
  818.       against the glass. Geordie is making faces on the glass to
  819.       keep him amused (Keeping Wok amused, not himself!).
  820.       Pilchard runs down the corridor, and to the door. He goes
  821.       to open the door. Cruncher and Geordie grab him.]
  822.  
  823.       Cruncher: You'll flood the whole compartment.
  824.  
  825.       Pilchard: He'll die.
  826.  
  827.       Geordie: Why, he's deed alreidy mon.
  828.       [Pilchard goes up to the glass. Camera goes inside the
  829.       chamber. Cameraman dies from radiation.]

  831.       Wok: Ship out of danger?
  832.       [Back outside now, and Pilchard can see Wok's lips moving,
  833.       but can't hear anything.]

  835.       Cruncher: Look's like he's trying to talk to us.

  837.       Pilchard: Why can't we hear him?

  839.       Geordie: Why, it's sound prof gloss, mon.

  841.       Pilchard: [With exaggerated lip movement.] Use the
  842.       communicator.
  843.       [Wok continues.]

  845.       Pilchard: USE THE COMMUNICATOR.
  846.       [Still nothing.]

  848.       Pilchard, Cruncher, Geordie and Sooty:[All together] USE

  850.       [Wok picks up his communicator.]

  880.       [Wok's eyes close slowly, and he slumps down on the ground.

  884.       Cruncher: Well, I'm not going in there to get him out!
  885.       [Scene cuts to some place, with a coffin on a torpedo rack.
  886.       the entire crew is assembled here.]

  888.       Pilchard: Of all the lifeforms, and civilizations I have
  889.       met, of all the souls I have encountered, his was the most
  890.       fascinating.
  891.       [The coffin starts off down the tube, with Sooty playing
  892.       the bagpipes. Cut to exterior shot of Easy-Pies, with
  893.       coffin flying out of tube. Cut back to easy-Pies, in 5
  894.       backward. Pilchard, and most of the others are here, having
  895.       a drink.]

  897.       Pilchard: It is really quite sad when a member of your crew
  898.       goes like that.

  900.       Cruncher: I still don't see why I had to go in there.
  901.       [Communicator bleeps.]
  902.  
  903.       Pilchard: Yes?
  904.       [A strange voice is heard]
  905.  
  906.       Strange Voice: [Via comm panel] Captain. Can you please
  907.       come and pick me up.
  908.  
  909.       Pilchard: Wok? Is that you?
  910.  
  911.       Wok: [Via comm panel] Indeed it is.

  913.       Pilchard: What happened?

  915.       Wok: It appears that the radiation is nothing more than
  916.       sleeping gas, and I fell asleep.

  918.       Pilchard: Where are you?

  920.       Wok: I appear to be on the home planet of Romanulas.

  922.       Pilchard: WHAT!?!

  924.       Wok: If you can pick me up some time, I would be grateful.
  925.       In the meantime, I shall see whether I can re-unite the
  926.       people.

  928.       Pilchard: We are scheduled to stop at Starbase 1 for
  929.       repairs, then we shall pick you up.

  931.       Wok: Any idea how long it will take?
  932.  
  933.       Pilchard: Well, I am going to see my brother on Earth. he
  934.       has a cider-making factory you know, then we should be able
  935.       to get to you, so make it 2 stories time, unless we run
  936.       into to trouble, but. Yes. 2 stories time.

  938.       Wok: I shall be waiting.
  939.       [Sound of communicator switching off.]

  941.       Biker: Well, would you believe it?

  943.       Trout: So, what happens next?

  945.       Pilchard: Well, we have the usual story which tells of my
  946.       purging of the soul from this incident, where I visit my
  947.       brother, then it's back to the usual type of stories, after
  948.       picking up Mr. Wok of course.

  950.       Biker: Amazing that a coffin can travel so far.
  951.  
  952.       Trout: But captain. Why do you need to Purge your soul to
  953.       get over this incident? You seem fine to me.
  954.  
  955.       Pilchard: That's true. Well, it seems we will be picking up
  956.       Mr. Wok in the next story after all!

  960.       [Scene cuts to exterior shot of Easy-Pies entering the star
